๐๐๐ is proud to reveal the successful design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of our new 100 ft and 50 ft Insulated Aerial Platform Trucks, built on 6×6 and 4×4 Scania chassis.
This achievement represents a significant leap forward in local manufacturing capability, with the entire integration and testing process completed right here in Saudi Arabia.
Our in-house engineering team conducted comprehensive structural and safety assessments โ including stability, center of gravity, load calculations, and stress analysis โ fully aligned with ๐๐ก๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ.๐ฎ, ๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐ข, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐.
The insulated aerial platforms themselves were designed and produced by ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐
๐จ๐ฆ๐, our trusted partner. At ๐๐๐โ๐ Dammam facility, we completed the full fabrication, painting, mechanical integration, and functional testing of the units.
Each truck successfully passed dielectric testing per ANSI A92.2, achieving a high safety margin suitable for live-line operations.
This marks the first time such advanced insulated aerial platform trucks have been ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ, ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ, and ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฑ locally within the Kingdomโdelivered fully within the project timeline.
